Swimming club is closed for summer after training Sunday 7th August till Tuesday the30th.
I am planning to work on my new swim programme over the break. I will be introducing my model for perfect swimming for next season. Its going to be a challenging programme and i have lots of great new ideas that we are going to work on.
I am positive with my new model we will head in a exciting new direction.
